UPDATE: 11/8/18 I CAN DO VOCALOID 5 CONVERSIONS IF YOU LIKE! Apparently they are in VPR format.so they won't be compatible with any of the older versions of VOCALOID, no fear! Vocaloid 2,3 and 4 formats are compatible with the new program but conversions are open for ust files! Older VOCALOID files just open up in VOCALOID 5 normally, they work just fine!
UPDATE: Please understand that at the moment I am making new folders for the database so you don't have to request access anymore, I will make new links, in the meantime I apologise for any inconvenience caused and update when the changes have been finalised. The reason for this is that the owner has requested that I do not share them so I keep those for my own private storage, please understand and acknowledge their decision.
